By accessing or using the Lost Bills website or making a booking through our online booking system, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website or our booking services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to make a booking or use our services. Lost Bills is a licensed venue operating under Western Australian liquor licensing laws. By making a booking, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and agree to comply with all applicable liquor licensing requirements.

All deposit payments are processed securely by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Lost Bills does not store or have access to your complete payment card details. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or modify your booking, please contact us at manager@lostbills.com as soon as possible. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes subject to availability, we cannot guarantee modifications will be possible, and deposits will not be refunded or transferred in the event of cancellation or no-show. Lost Bills reserves the right to cancel bookings at our discretion, in which case a full refund of any deposit paid will be provided.
Lost Bills operates under a Western Australian liquor license and is subject to the Liquor Control Act 1988 (WA). We are committed to the responsible service of alcohol. We reserve the right to refuse service to any person who is intoxicated, disorderly, underage, or unable to provide valid identification. Compliance with our responsible service policies is a condition of entry and service. Failure to comply may result in removal from the venue without refund.
Lost Bills reserves the right to refuse entry, remove patrons, or terminate bookings at any time for breach of these terms, violation of house rules, disruptive behavior, safety concerns, or at management’s discretion. No refunds will be provided in such circumstances. You are responsible for the conduct of your guests and may be held liable for any damage to venue property caused by you or your party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lost Bills and its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your booking or visit to our venue, including but not limited to loss of enjoyment, personal injury (except where caused by our negligence), theft or damage to personal property, or any other loss. Your use of our venue and services is at your own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lost Bills or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without prior written permission.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms, your booking, or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia. You irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the website or completion of a booking after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Bookings made prior to any changes remain subject to the terms in effect at the time of booking.
